Easy Baked Crab Legs

If you’ve got a rimmed baking sheet and an oven, these easy baked crab legs are a foolproof way to cook crab legs for a crowd. Use the pre-cooked and flash-frozen crab legs you can find at the grocery store for the best quality meat. The sheet pan guarantees easy cooking and cleanup, so all you have to focus on is eating. Serve straight from the pan and set out a large bowl for empty shells.

Ingredients

  • 6 frozen snow crab clusters (about 4 pounds)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons seafood boil seasoning (such as Old Bay®)
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Arrange crab clusters in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.

  2. Stir together oil and seasoning in a small bowl, and brush over each crab cluster.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until hot throughout, about 12 minutes. Serve warm with butter and lemon.
